Our service
Hot-dip galvanizing
We coat base steel with zinc to create a shield against corrosion. The material is prepared by removing grease, dirt, and rust with chemical solutions; it then receives a flux bath for better adhesion and is immersed in molten zinc at 450 °C.
During immersion, steel and zinc undergo a metallurgical reaction that creates three intermetallic layers and an exterior layer of pure zinc: total protection with excellent impact and abrasion resistance.

We are an approved supplier of CFE’s Equipment and Materials Testing Laboratory (LAPEM).
